LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) Characteristics:

  1. High rigidity

  2. High temperature resistance (typical E-series temperature range is 270°C–285°C)

  3. High flowability (best among specialty engineering plastics, also ideal for fast molding)

  4. Low linear expansion coefficient (below 1*10^-5/°C)

  5. Excellent vibration absorption

  6. Low flammability (UL94V-0)
