Characteristics of high temperature nylon:
1. Good mechanical strength 2. Wear resistance 3. Good glass fiber reinforcement effect 4. Lower hygroscopicity than nylon
Mostly used in: electronic connectors, automotive components

PPS+gf

Characteristics of PPS material:
1. High heat resistance 2. Good flame resistance (UL94V-0) 3. Good acid and alkali resistance 4. High rigidity 5. Poor weather resistance

The application range is very wide, such as: connectors, pump components, gears, faucets, heat shields, printer needles, IC TRAY, automobile and motorcycle braking systems

Characteristics of LCP (liquid crystal polymer):
1. High rigidity
2. High temperature resistance (the more general E series has a temperature resistance of 270℃~285℃)
3. High fluidity (the best among special engineering plastics, also good for rapid prototyping)
4. Low linear expansion coefficient (below 1*10^-5/℃)
5. Good shock absorption
6. Low flammability (UL94V-0)

Mostly used in high-precision machinery, such as cameras, high-end speaker vibration modules, SMT electronic connectors, sockets, etc.
