(Special) Engineering Plastic Recycling
U-POLY Enterprise collaborates with major tech companies, electronics manufacturers, and molding factories to implement in-house (special) engineering plastic recycling. Using imported twin-screw extruders equipped with custom screw components, we maintain the material properties and color, allowing the recycled material to return to its original application fields and sales markets.
For each material, various mechanical performance indicators are tested at the input, production, and end stages through batch testing. In cases of deficiencies, reinforcement is performed, such as testing for tensile strength, impact resistance, bending strength, and solder pot testing, among others.
Customized applications are tailored according to specific needs and requirements.
